Shipping/returns/damage

We ship our items with a $39 flat rate, and offer free shipping to Texas.

We also offer free shipping to all States on orders of 2 or more Acapulco chairs.

We ship products to all fifty states in the United States. Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas. 

When the product is in stock, the delivery period is approximately 1 week. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. www.sillaacapulco.us is not responsible for any damage due to a possible delay.


Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

If you require a shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please send us an email at sales@sillaacapulco.com. In the event that we are unable to ship, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and you will be issued a refund.

Delivery to Canada, or Mexico

If you require a shipment to Canada or Mexico, please send us an email at sales@sillaacapulco.com. In the event that we are unable to ship, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and you will be issued a refund.

Delivery to countries in Central and South America

Returns 
To return an item please email us at sales@sillaacapulco.com.
Returned items must be in the same state as they were when you received them, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the product to the sillaacapulco.us warehouse in Dallas, Texas. If the customer exercises her/his right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. 

Damage at delivery

Upon receipt of your parcel or pallet shipment, we ask you to carefully check for damage to the packaging and content. In case of any damage it is important that you do not accept the shipment and a report is made of the damage on the freight bill (bill of lading/packing slip) of the carrier/shipper.
Every sign of damage must be reported and claimed BEFORE the shipment is accepted.

Silla Acapulco and Fair Furniture LLC cannot be held responsible for damage that is detected AFTER the receipt and acceptance of the shipment.
